This class is built around taking the cooking home with you. The booking page says you choose four dishes and learn about the herbs, spices and ingredients you use, so that you can make the same dishes again in your own kitchen.
It is a small-group class with an instructor, taught in English, and lasts about three and a half hours. We have not been able to confirm which dishes you can choose from or whether the class includes a market visit: read the details on the booking page before you pay.
